We want more awareness of the OHS reporting processes and of the protections available for individuals who report unsafe work practices.

We want narcissistic and toxic behavior in the workplace to be put to a stop.

We want all workers within the trades industry to have a safe and healthy workplace. One without narcissitic bosses who only care about the bottom line. One where you do not get showered with gifts and “bonuses” as a reward for complicit behavior. One where you are able to go home to your family safely at the end of the day.
